At Onycta, every order is prepared with care. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise your right of cancellation under the conditions set out below. These rights are in addition to our voluntary 90-day money-back guarantee, described at the end of this policy.
Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date you receive your order, without needing to give any reason. To exercise your right of cancellation, simply notify us of your decision by email at: info@onycta.com
Conditions for returns
For a return to be accepted under the statutory right of cancellation, the product should be:
- In its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
- Sent within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation
Please note that you are entitled to handle the goods only as you would in a shop. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.
Return costs
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated or in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked the return, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days, using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where otherwise stated or required by law.
Faulty or damaged products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the product and the packaging. We will work with you to find the best solution, which may include a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Our 90-day money-back guarantee
In addition to your legal rights above, we offer a voluntary 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your results within 90 days of delivery, contact us at info@onycta.com and we will arrange a refund. This guarantee is offered freely by Onycta and does not replace or limit your statutory rights.
