Onycta is committed to providing a reliable, secure and transparent delivery service, in keeping with the brand's overall shopping experience.
Order processing
All orders are carefully prepared and packed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Each item is checked and packaged before dispatch.
Orders placed during weekends or on public holidays will be processed from the next working day.
Delivery times
Once handed over to the courier, orders are generally delivered within 5–8 working days. The times indicated are approximate and may vary due to circumstances beyond Onycta's control (weather conditions, periods of high demand, or public holidays).
Couriers
To ensure an efficient service, Onycta works with trusted express couriers, selected according to the destination and the time of year.
Shipping costs
Delivery is free on all orders, unless otherwise stated during promotions or special initiatives. Every shipment includes a tracking service and, where applicable, insurance cover for the value of the order.
Order tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.
Liability and delays
